Your Vendor Portal is the home to all the information about your business on Amplife&#xAE;.<h2 id="vendor-portal-overview">Vendor Portal overview</h2>You can access the different sections of your Vendor Portal by using the header navigation. Sections of your Vendor Portal include core aspects of your Amplife&#xAE; business:<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;"><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-listings-526437">Listings</a></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-orders-526432">Orders</a></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-payments-570499">Finances</a></li><li style="font-size: 16px;"><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/update-vendor-account-information-526442">Settings</a></li></ul>Some aspects of your Amplife&#xAE; business are outside the Vendor Portal, such as <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/get-paid-526426#receive-payments">tracking payments from Amplife&#xAE; to your payout account on Stripe</a>.<h2 id="access-your-vendor-portal">Access your Vendor Portal</h2><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/sign-up-523990">After signing up, being accepted</a> and signing in, you&#x2019;ll have access to your Vendor Portal. Some vendors may use the Vendor Portal more or less depending on how they create listings and if they get paid out (<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/before-starting-523995#how-it-works">Standard Selling Plan</a>).To use the Vendor Portal, you need to use an up-to-date web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone. If you don&apos;t use the latest version of your browser, then you might not be able to access your Vendor Portal or use all its features.Note:&#xA0;Older operating systems might not support the most recent version of your browser. If you can&apos;t update your browser due to your operating system, then consider updating your operating system or device.If you sign in to your Vendor Portal from a computer, then you can manage all aspects of your Amplife&#xAE; business. You can also take a picture, create listings and ship orders without hassle from your phone or your tablet.<h2 id="access-your-vendor-portal-from-shopify">Access your Vendor Portal from Shopify</h2><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/add-and-update-listings-566419#add-a-listing-with-shopify" id="isPasted">If you sync your listings with our Shopify partner app</a>, then you can access a simplified Vendor Portal interface from your Shopify admin.<h2 id="searching-your-vendor-portal">Searching your Vendor Portal</h2>You can use the search bar on the <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-listings-526437">Listings</a>, <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-orders-526432">Orders</a>, and <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-payments-570499">Finances</a> pages to find information within your Vendor Portal. The search bar is at the top of each page and has a filter button to allow you to filter your results to specific types of information.Search results automatically update as the term is entered. This page can be customized to include a hero image or video and a description of your business that is displayed on the collection.All sign up fields, such as your business address, are imported, displayed, and updated from this page.&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-vendor-information">Learn how to customize your Vendor Page</a>.If you would like to upgrade this page, your listing detail pages, and collection pages to create a multipage brand experience, you can create your <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-your-brand-experience-526435">Amplife&#xAE; Store &amp; Amplife&#xAE; Premium Content</a>.<h3 id="currency">Currency</h3>You can display listings in your chosen currency. By default, the displayed currency is USD.<h4 id="exchange-rates">Exchange rates</h4>Every day, your chosen currency will use the day&apos;s exchange rate. You can hover on the currency to see the actual value that Amplife&#xAE; uses.&#xA0;Other price inputs will properly use the chosen currency with the necessary exchange rate conversion.&#xA0;Exchange rates are taken from the <a href="https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/policy_and_exchange_rates/euro_reference_exchange_rates/html/index.en.html" id="isPasted">European Central Bank</a>. Your Vendor Portal is where you change and update your account settings.Some settings are changed by <a href="mailto:vendor@amplife.co" id="isPasted">contacting us</a>, such as changing your <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-selling-plan">selling plan</a>, <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-email">email</a>, <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-official-representative">official representative</a>, <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-legal-business-name">legal business name</a>, <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-business-address">business address</a>, <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-vendor-name">vendor name</a>, <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-prescription-requirement">prescription requirement</a> and <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/change-account-settings-526442#change-amplife-love-donation-matching">Amplife&#xAE; Love donation matching</a>.Important:&#xA0;If you do not click&#xA0;Save&#xA0;when changing settings from your Vendor Portal,&#xA0;your changes will not save.<h2 id="change-selling-plan">Change selling plan</h2>Changing your selling plan can only be done by the <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/amplife-vendor-participation-agreement-537645#definitions">Official Representative</a>.To change your selling plan, <a href="mailto:vendor@amplife.co" id="isPasted">contact us</a>.The change takes effect immediately and you won&apos;t lose any information unless you downgrade from a <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#standard-vs-showcase">Showcase Selling Plan</a> which will result in all <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#showcase-listing">Showcase Listings</a> being delisted from Amplife&#xAE; and moved to <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/add-and-update-listings-566419#listing-review">Pending&#xA0;</a>until they become <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#standard-listing">Standard Listings</a>.You can use your new plan right away, and your plan charges are prorated, so you&apos;re charged for the new plan starting from the date you upgrade. If you change your billing cycle, then:<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">A bill is issued for a Showcase Selling Plan, or no bill is issued for a Standard Selling Plan as <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-payments-570499#how-much-you-get-paid">payment is only required when a listing is sold on amplife.co</a>;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">A new billing cycle starts for your new Showcase Selling Plan, or no new billing cycle for a Standard Selling Plan as <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-payments-570499#how-often-you-get-paid">payment is disbursed 30 days after the Standard Listing order is fulfilled</a>; and</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">You receive a prorated credit if your new plan costs less than your old plan. <ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">If you change your Showcase Selling Plan without changing your billing cycle, then you continue on the same billing cycle and your payments are adjusted.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">If you change your billing cycle, then your current Showcase Selling Plan bill is immediately sent to you for payment. If you choose to match, the 1.43% is deducted from your payout on each order where a customer chooses a Cause (<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#standard-vs-showcase">Standard Selling Plan</a>) or your subscription is increased by 1.43% (<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#standard-vs-showcase">Showcase Selling Plan</a>) where you can choose which Cause receives your donation.Vendors that participate receive an Amplife&#xAE; Love Badge, &#x201C;[Your vendor name] matches our donation of 1.43%&#x201D; on all of their Standard Listings, and &#x201C;[Your vendor name] donates to Causes&#x201D; on all of their Showcase Listings, letting customers know that you support the community.The amount that Amplife&#xAE; donates as a result of your participation in Amplife&#xAE; Love is not tax deductible by you.
