Your Vendor Portal is where you change and update your account settings.

Some settings are changed by contacting us, such as changing your selling plan, email, official representative, legal business name, business address, vendor name, prescription requirement and Amplife® Love donation matching.

Important: If you do not click Save when changing settings from your Vendor Portalyour changes will not save.

Change selling plan

Changing your selling plan can only be done by the Official Representative.

To change your selling plan, contact us.

The change takes effect immediately and you won't lose any information unless you downgrade from a Showcase Selling Plan which will result in all Showcase Listings being delisted from Amplife® and moved to Pending until they become Standard Listings.

You can use your new plan right away, and your plan charges are prorated, so you're charged for the new plan starting from the date you upgrade. If you change your billing cycle, then:

  • A bill is issued for a Showcase Selling Plan, or no bill is issued for a Standard Selling Plan as payment is only required when a listing is sold on amplife.co;
  • A new billing cycle starts for your new Showcase Selling Plan, or no new billing cycle for a Standard Selling Plan as payment is disbursed 30 days after the Standard Listing order is fulfilled; and
  • You receive a prorated credit if your new plan costs less than your old plan.

    • If you change your Showcase Selling Plan without changing your billing cycle, then you continue on the same billing cycle and your payments are adjusted.
    • If you change your billing cycle, then your current Showcase Selling Plan bill is immediately sent to you for payment. At the same time, a new billing cycle starts for your new Showcase Selling Plan, and you're credited for any unused time that you've already paid for.

Change email

To change the email for your Amplife® account, contact us.

Change password

  1. From the Sign in page, click Lost your password?

  2. Enter the email for your Amplife® account in the Reset your password field, then click Send me the code.

  3. Enter the code in the Code received by email field.

  4. Enter the new password in the New password field.

  5. Reenter the same new password in the New password confirmation field.

  6. Click Submit.

  7. Click Sign in to enter your Vendor Portal.

Change currency

  1. From your Vendor Portal, go to Settings by clicking the Settings icon.

  2. From the Settings page, click the Currency page.

  3. Select the Display currency from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click Save.

Change shipping

  1. From your Vendor Portal, go to Settings by clicking the Settings icon.

  2. From the Settings page, click the Shipping page.

  3. Enter the Shipping cost for the shipping method.

    • Free
    • Expedited
    • Standard 
    • Value 
    • International
  4. Click Save.

Change integrations

  1. From your Vendor Portal, go to Settings by clicking the Settings icon.

  2. From the Settings page, click the Integrations page.

  3. Choose the Integration.

  4. Click Save.

Change vendor information

  1. From your Vendor Portal, go to Settings by clicking the Settings icon.

  2. From the Settings page, click the Vendor page.

From here you can change your vendor information. All vendor information is populated from your application but these do not need to be updated as it does not affect your listings:

  • Website
  • Write anything else you would like us to know

Change vendor page hero banner

  1. From the Vendor page, click Select a file to choose an image from your device, or click Add from a URL to choose an image or YouTube video from a URL.

  2. Choose the image and click Open from your file explorer or Copy & paste the image / YouTube URL.

  3. Click Save.

Change vendor page description

  1. From the Vendor page, enter information about your business that helps customers understand your offerings in the Description field.

  2. Click Save.

Change official representative

Changing who is your official representative will require additional approval from Amplife®.

To change your official representative, contact us about changing your official representative.

Note: Changing your official representative from the Vendor page section of the Settings will not change your official representative as this information is from your application.

Important: The Amplife® Vendor Participation Agreement requires you to maintain accurate Official Representative information.

Changing the legal business name will require additional approval from Amplife®.

To change your legal business name, contact us about changing your legal business name.

Note: Changing your legal business name from the Vendor page section of the Settings will not change your legal business name as this information is from your application.

Important: The Amplife® Vendor Participation Agreement requires you to maintain accurate business information.

Change business address

Changing the business address will require additional approval from Amplife®.

The address of your business is used to determine your business' location. Changing your address may affect the following details:

  • Tax and duty obligations;
  • Shipping availability; and
  • Access to Amplife® Vendor Program features.

Note: Changing your business address from the Vendor page section of the Settings will not change your business address as this information is from your application and does not change any listing details.

Change business phone number

  1. From the Vendor page, enter the phone number in the Business phone number field.

  2. Click Save.

Change vendor name

Changing the vendor name will require additional approval from Amplife®.

To change Amplife® Love donation matching, contact us about changing your vendor name.

Note: Changing your vendor name from the Vendor page section of the Settings will not change your vendor name as this information is from your application and does not change any listing details.

Change types of listings

To change the Listing Types, edit the listing to change the type of listing.

Note: Changing the Listing Types from the Vendor page section of the Settings will not change any Listing Types as this information is from your application and does not change any listing details.

Change prescription requirement

Changing your listing's prescription requirements will require additional approval from Amplife®.

To change Amplife® Love donation matching, contact us about changing your listing's prescription requirements.

If any of your listings require a prescription, it must be a Showcase Listing and you must be on a Showcase Selling Plan

Change Amplife® Love donation matching

To change Amplife® Love donation matching, contact us about matching our Amplife® Love donation of 1.43%.

You can contribute and match our donation for a possible total of 2.86% donated to the Cause. If you choose to match, the 1.43% is deducted from your payout on each order where a customer chooses a Cause (Standard Selling Plan) or your subscription is increased by 1.43% (Showcase Selling Plan) where you can choose which Cause receives your donation.

Vendors that participate receive an Amplife® Love Badge, “[Your vendor name] matches our donation of 1.43%” on all of their Standard Listings, and “[Your vendor name] donates to Causes” on all of their Showcase Listings, letting customers know that you support the community.

The amount that Amplife® donates as a result of your participation in Amplife® Love is not tax deductible by you. If you have any questions about your tax situation, you should contact your advisor.

Note: Changing Amplife® Love donation matching from the Vendor page section of the Settings will not change if you match Amplife® Love donations as this information is from your application and does not change any listing details.

Note: Participating in Amplife® Love as a vendor is optional, does not affect your ability to sell with Amplife®, and you can join or leave the Amplife® Love Program at any time.
