Manage paymentsUpdated 3 months ago

After a Standard Listing order is fulfilled, you can receive your payout for the order.

Vendors only on Showcase Selling Plans and Showcase Listings orders will not receive a payout from Amplife® as the transaction did not complete on amplife.co.

The Finance page in your Vendor Portal provides a customizable overview of all financial information for Standard Listing orders:

  • Payment settings
  • Search bar to find an order by its order number or Title
  • Export finances to CSV
  • Amount paid to you
  • Amount unpaid to you
  • Filtering by All time, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Custom
  • Filtering by All, Paid or Unpaid.
  • Payment status (Paid/Unpaid)
  • Order number
  • Dates and time when the transaction completed for the order
  • Title
  • Price
  • Quantity
  • Discount (if applied)
  • Taxes
  • Commision (amount Amplife® receives from the total amount)
  • Payout (amount you receive from the total amount)

The Finance page is split by line item. This means that if order #AL112 had 2 listings ordered, the order appears twice on the Finance page for each listing ordered.

  • Line items refer to an ordered Standard Listing

How often you get paid

Vendors are paid 30 days after the order is fulfilled when your Amplife® account is settled and you have a positive balance.

Note: Payouts aren't sent on bank holidays.

How you get paid

Amplife® disburses your net sales payment through an electronic funds transfer to the designated payout method on your Stripe account. It is required to get paid.

Before we can pay you, you must provide a valid bank account on your Stripe account.

Learn how to add a bank account from the Vendor Portal.

It can take up to five business days for the money to appear in your bank account after Amplife® initiates a payment. Check with your bank if you find your payouts are being delayed.

If it has been longer than five business days, contact us.

How much you get paid

You are paid the net sales amount, the total order value minus your listing's fee.

  • An order is $100.
  • The listing's fee is 10% ($100 x .10 = $10).
  • You will be paid $90, Amplife® will be paid $10 ($100 - $10 = $90).

Why you didn't get paid

Your payment might be on the way, as it can take up to five business days for the money to be transferred.

Keeping your vendor account up to date and in good standing is the best way to ensure that you receive payments promptly. Here are common reasons for payment delays:

  • Your bank account is missing or invalid. A bank account is required for Amplife® to initiate a payment, so ensure it is up to date in your Stripe account settings.

  • The account has a negative balance at the time of payment. This could happen because of selling fees or listing refunds. We may deduct funds from payouts to ensure your account has a positive balance.

  • All or some of your funds might be withheld as per the Funds Withholding Policy.

  • Shipment for an order is not fulfilled. Learn more about fulfilling orders.

Less common reasons for payment delays can include actions that we take in response to performance issues or suspicious activity related to your vendor account. In this case, we will send a notification to the email associated with your vendor account.

Another reason is that the transaction was not completed on amplife.co. Vendors only on Showcase Selling Plans and Showcase Listing orders will not receive a payout from Amplife®
