After a Standard Listing order is fulfilled, you can receive your payout for the order.

For vendors syncing with Shopify Collective, finances are managed from the Shopify admin.

For vendors not syncing with Shopify Collective, finances are managed from the Orders & Finances page of the Vendor Dashboard within the Vendor Portal, where we provide you with the financial information for the order:

  • Order Number
  • Date
  • Order Total
  • Discount (if applicable)
  • Taxes
  • Amplife Love Donation (if applicable, amount Amplife® donates if a customer chooses a Cause, and amount you donate if you match our donation)
  • Payout (amount you receive from the total amount)
  • Listings Ordered
  • Quantity
  • Payout Status (Paid/Unpaid)

Vendors only on Showcase Selling Plans and Showcase Listings orders will not receive a payout from Amplife® as the transaction did not complete on amplife.co.

How often you get paid

For vendors syncing with Shopify Collective, you are paid out by Shopify.

For vendors not syncing with Shopify Collective, we reserve your sales proceeds for 7 days after the delivery date of an order to ensure you have enough funds to fulfill any refund requests from buyers.

For example, if you sell a listing on January 1, and it’s delivered on January 6, then your funds will become available for disbursement on January 14.

Note: Payouts aren't sent on bank holidays.

It can take up to five business days for the money to appear in your bank account after Amplife® initiates a payment. Check with your bank if you find your payouts are being delayed.

If it has been longer than five business days, contact us.

For vendors not syncing with Shopify Collective, If you change banks or if your bank account details change, then you can update the information by contacting us.

How you get paid

If you are syncing with Shopify Collective, you must provide Shopify with a valid bank account.

If you are not syncing with Shopify Collective, you must provide a valid bank account with Novo with a setup time of a few minutes  before we can pay you.

How much you get paid

You are paid the net sales amount, the total order value minus your listing's fee.

  • An order is $100.
  • The listing's fee is 10% ($100 x .10 = $10).
  • You will be paid $90, Amplife® will be paid $10 ($100 - $10 = $90).

Why you didn't get paid

Your payment might be on the way, as it can take up to five business days for the money to be transferred. 

Keeping your vendor account up to date and in good standing is the best way to ensure that you receive payments promptly. Here are common reasons for payment delays:

Less common reasons for payment delays can include actions that we take in response to performance issues or suspicious activity related to your vendor account. In this case, we will send a notification to the email associated with your vendor account.

Another reason is that the transaction was not completed on amplife.co. Vendors only on Showcase Selling Plans and Showcase Listing orders will not receive a payout from Amplife®

Export finances to CSV

You can export results to CSV from the Orders & Finances page of the Vendor Dashboard within your Vendor Portal. 

  1. From your Vendor Portal, go to your Vendor Dashboard.

  2. Click the Orders & Finances page

  3. Click File at the top of the page

  4. Hover over Download, and select Comma Separated Values (.csv)

The CSV file is downloaded to your computer.
