This means that if order #AL112 had 2 listings ordered, the order appears twice on the Finance&#xA0;page for each listing ordered.<ul><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">Line items refer to an ordered Standard Listing</li></ul><h2 id="how-often-you-get-paid">How often you get paid</h2>Vendors are paid 30 days after the order is fulfilled when your Amplife&#xAE; account is settled and you have a positive balance.Note: Payouts aren&apos;t sent on bank holidays.<h2 id="how-you-get-paid">How you get paid</h2>Amplife&#xAE; disburses your net sales payment through an electronic funds transfer to the designated payout method on your <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/get-paid-526426#add-bank-account">Stripe account</a>. It is required to get paid.Before we can pay you, you must provide a valid bank account on your Stripe account.<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/get-paid-526426#add-bank-account">Learn how to add a bank account from the Vendor Portal</a>.It can take up to five business days for the money to appear in your bank account after Amplife&#xAE; initiates a payment. Check with your bank if you find your payouts are being delayed.&#xA0;If it has been longer than five business days, <a href="mailto:vendor@amplife.co">contact us</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="how-much-you-get-paid">How much you get paid</h2>You are paid the net sales amount, the total order value minus your listing&apos;s fee.<ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 16px;">An order is $100.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 16px;">The listing&apos;s fee is 10% ($100 x .10 = $10).</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 16px;">You will be paid $90, Amplife&#xAE; will be paid $10 ($100 - $10 = $90).</li></ul><h2 dir="ltr" id="why-you-didnt-get-paid">Why you didn&apos;t get paid</h2>Your payment might be on the way, as it can take up to five business days for the money to be transferred.&#xA0;Keeping your vendor account up to date and in good standing is the best way to ensure that you receive payments promptly. Here are common reasons for payment delays:<ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">Your bank account is missing or invalid. A bank account is required for Amplife&#xAE; to initiate a payment, so ensure it is up to date in your&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/get-paid-526426#add-bank-account">Stripe account settings</a>.</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration:none;">The account has a negative balance at the time of payment. This could happen because of selling fees or listing refunds. We may deduct funds from payouts to ensure your account has a positive balance.</li><li dir="ltr">All or some of your funds might be withheld as per the&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/funds-withholding-policy-570495">Funds Withholding Policy</a>.</li><li dir="ltr">Shipment for an order is not fulfilled. <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/fulfill-orders-569394">Learn more about fulfilling order</a><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/fulfill-orders-569394">s</a>.</li></ul>Less common reasons for payment delays can include actions that we take in response to performance issues or suspicious activity related to your vendor account. In this case, we will send a notification to the email associated with your vendor account.Another reason is that the transaction was not completed on amplife.co. How to get paid from fulfilled orders on amplife.co.

You get paid the amount displayed on the Finance page in your Vendor Portal from fulfilled <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#standard-listing" id="isPasted">Standard Listing</a> orders.Before we can pay you, you must provide a valid bank account on your&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/get-paid-526426#add-bank-account">Stripe account</a>.<h2 id="add-bank-account">Add bank account</h2>Note: If you do not have an existing Stripe account, extra verification is required from Stripe before receiving your first payout.&#xA0;Steps:<ol><li style="font-size: 16px;">From your Vendor Portal, go to Settings.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">From the Settings&#xA0;page, click Payment information.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Enter your payment information. <ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Email for payment processing</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Country where your business is located</li></ul></li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Click Start onboarding.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">From Stripe, enter the requested details. <ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Email for payment processing</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Phone number</li></ul></li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Enter the verification code that Stripe sent to the entered phone number.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Enter the requested business legal information, then click Continue.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Enter the requested personal information, then click Continue.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Enter the requested business information, then click Continue.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Select an account for payouts. <ul><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">Bank account</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Debit card</li></ul></li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Enter the requested payment information, then click Continue.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Review and confirm that all of your information is correct, then click Agree and submit.</li></ol>Note: If you exit the onboarding process before completing it, the Vendor Portal will display on the Payment information page within Settings&#xA0;that &quot;Additional verification information is required to enable capabilities on this account. Click Update my verification information to continue.After submitting, it can take at least 2 business days for Stripe to verify your account. Amplife&#xAE; does not have access to your bank account information or personal information as <a href="https://docs.stripe.com/security">it is encrypted and stored with Stripe</a>.<h2 id="after-adding-bank-account">After adding bank account</h2>Once Stripe approves your account, the Payment information page within Settings&#xA0;will display, &quot;Status: Connected.
