Listings are managed within their Shopify admin.After&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/add-and-update-listings-566419" style=" text-decoration: none;">submitting your listing</a>, it will be sent to the Pending &amp; Rejected Listings page in your Vendor Dashboard within the Vendor Portal while Amplife&#xAE; reviews it to ensure your listing serves the disabled community and adheres to the <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771" target="_blank">Listing Guidelines</a> and <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/articles/program-policies-140786" target="_blank">Program Policies</a>.<ul><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration: none; font-size: 16px;">If approved, it will moved from Pending&#xA0;to Live, and customers will be able to find it and purchase it on Amplife&#xAE; (<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/cost-to-sell-583488#standard-selling-plan">Standard Selling Plan</a>) or purchase it from your chosen sales channel (<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/cost-to-sell-583488#showcase-selling-plan">Showcase Selling Plan</a>).</li><li dir="ltr" style="text-decoration: none; font-size: 16px;">If denied, it will stay in Pending &amp; Rejected Listings with the status as Rejected&#xA0;and we will explain in detail why it was not approved, including any specific&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771" style="text-decoration:none;" target="_blank">Listing Guidelines</a>&#xA0;or&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/articles/program-policies-140786" style="text-decoration:none;" target="_blank">Program Policies</a>&#xA0;that your submission didn&#x2019;t follow. You can contact us to resolve the issues before resubmitting the listing.</li></ul>Price and stock updates are essential. Any price or stock update submitted will be approved and the live listing will be updated.Although you can change your listing details at any time, each change after being approved will require reapproval of the listing.<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/add-and-update-listings-566419#edit-a-listing">Learn more about editing a listing</a>.<h2 id="export-listings-to-csv">Export listings to CSV</h2>You can export results to CSV from the Pending &amp; Rejected Listings page of the Vendor Dashboard within your Vendor Portal.&#xA0;<ol><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 16px;">From your Vendor Portal, go to your Vendor Dashboard.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 16px;">Click the Pending &amp; Rejected Listings page</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 16px;">Click File&#xA0;at the top of the page</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-size: 16px;">Hover over Download, and click Comma Separated Values (.csv)</li></ol>The CSV file is downloaded to your computer.

How to create quality listings and help customers discover your listings.

Creating listings is one of the most important aspects of the Vendor Portal and being an Amplife&#xAE; Vendor. Every element of your listing can help customers purchase it. Learn how to help customers discover your listing throughout Amplife&#xAE;, from search results to collection pages. You can create and manage your listings in the Vendor Portal, or sync with&#xA0;<a href="https://www.shopify.com/collective" style="text-decoration:none;">Shopify Collective</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="what-can-be-listed">What can be listed</h2>Products, services, and events are allowed to be listed.A listing is anything offered through Amplife&#xAE;. It&#x2019;s made up of details such as the&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#title" style="text-decoration:none;">Title</a>,&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#price" style="text-decoration:none;">Price</a>, and&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/create-listings-553287#description" style="text-decoration:none;">Description</a>. All listings must comply with all laws and regulations, as well as&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/articles/program-policies-140786" style="text-decoration:none;">Program Policies</a>.Only the original manufacturer/producer/service provider can be vendors and create listings. Choose a simple, yet descriptive Title that is easy to spell. Be distinctive by including your brand and identifying information such as &#x201C;Wheelchair&#x201D; or &#x201C;T-Shirt&#x201D;. A Title can be up to 90 characters long, but we recommend a maximum of 70 characters.<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771#title" style="text-decoration:none;">Learn more about Title requirements</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="variations">Variations</h2>Your Variations are sets of listings that are related to one another, allowing buyers to compare and choose listings based on different attributes such as size, color, or other characteristics from the available options on a single listing detail page. Each variation has its own Price and inventory/stock information, such as Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), the unique identifier that defines your listing. Create Variations when your listing has different attributes to allow customers to choose them on a single listing detail page. &#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771#variations" style="text-decoration:none;">Learn more about Variation requirements</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="media">Media</h2>Your Media is the first and most memorable element of your listing that customers interact with, especially the First Image which is the main image that appears first on your listing detail page and the one shown to customers throughout Amplife&#xAE;, so it&#x2019;s essential to communicate your listing&#x2019;s quality and purpose through your Media. Create Media that helps customers learn about your listing.<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771#media" style="text-decoration:none;">Learn more about Media requirements</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="price">Price</h2>Your Price is one of the most important elements of your listing as it not only positions your listing to customers&apos; perceived value, but it&apos;s also a comparison factor between competing listings and a major factor for customers deciding to purchase your listing. Your Compare Price is the discounted Price from the original Price. The first sentence of your Description is the most important because it displays on collection pages when a customer chooses the list format. Explain your listing&#x2019;s details with the Description rather than with the title. Highlight the key features or how your listing is unique. Provide engaging and informative paragraphs using understandable terminology your target audience appreciates. Your Listing Type displays on the listing detail page to help customers understand how the listing serves the disabled community. It&#x2019;s also used in our search and filtering options to help customers find certain listings. Be sure to select only the Listing Type(s) that represents your listing. We may request additional information to determine if your listing is a specific Listing Type. Disability Helped determines which disabilities your listing helps. It&#x2019;s used in our search and filtering options to help customers find listings for their disability. Be sure to select only relevant disabilities that are helped and not use it as a way to place your listing in front of customers with disabilities that your listing cannot help. We may request additional information to determine if your listing helps a specific disability. Choosing disabilities that are not helped and irrelevant to your listing will cause your listing to be rejected when submitted for approval.&#xA0;<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771#disability-helped" style="text-decoration:none;">Learn more about Disability Helped requirements</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="taxonomy">Taxonomy</h2>Your Taxonomy is the listing&apos;s organization from Classification to Department, Category, Subcategory, and Group.Your listing&apos;s Classification determines if your listing is a product, service, or event. It&#x2019;s used in our search and filtering options to help customers find listings that fit their needs. Your listing&#x2019;s Classification also determines the available Department, Categories, Subcategories, and Group that can be assigned. After selecting a Classification, the corresponding Department displays, which displays the corresponding Categories, Subcategories and Group. After selecting your Group, that Group&#x2019;s Specification fields are displayed.Your listing&apos;s Taxonomy is critical to helping customers find your listing. Be sure to select the most relevant Taxonomy for your listing. Choosing irrelevant Taxonomy for your listing will cause your listing to be rejected when submitted for approval.<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771#taxonomy" style="text-decoration:none;">Learn more about Taxonomy requirements</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="specifications">Specifications</h2>Specifications are the precise details that make up your listing, such as dimensions and weight. Every Group has unique Specifications. Your listing&#x2019;s Specifications are displayed on the listing detail page. It&#x2019;s also used in our search and filtering options to help customers find listings with specific details. If this information is missing or incorrect, customers will have a difficult time finding, comparing, and purchasing your listings. Enter Specifications as detailed and thoroughly as possible.<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771#specifications" style="text-decoration:none;">Learn more about Specification requirements</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="certifications--warnings">Certifications &amp; Warnings</h2>Some listings are required to display Certifications &amp; Warnings, such as if you claim your listing is produced in factories that are OEKO-Tex Standard 100 Certified or if it requires a warning mandated by California&#x2019;s Proposition 65. Be sure to only display certifications and add warnings that apply to your listing. We may request additional information to determine if your listing meets the certification&apos;s requirements or if all the required warnings are disclosed. Choosing Certifications &amp; Warnings that do not apply to your listing or do not disclose completely the required warnings will cause your listing to be rejected when submitted for approval.<a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/listing-guidelines-539771#certifications--warnings" style="text-decoration:none;">Learn more about Certifications &amp; Warnings requirements</a>.<h2 dir="ltr" id="shipping--returns">Shipping &amp; Returns</h2>All Standard Listings must choose their listing&#x2019;s shipping method, if it can be delivered, and a return policy. Set your shipping method to help customers complete their transactions without surprising them with the shipping cost. Ideally, offering customers free shipping allows them to make a complete buying decision without worrying about additional costs. Be sure to set your shipping method&#x2019;s cost or price your listing to not lose profit when purchasing shipping labels.&#xA0;All Standard Listings are subject to the&#xA0;<a href="https://www.amplife.co/policies/refund-policy" style="text-decoration:none;">Amplife&#xAE; Return Policy</a>.
