How to manage orders from your Vendor Portal.

This ensures that if you keep the Vendor Portal open, the order list will be up to date.</p><p>When a new order is placed, a popup present the new order:</p><ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">&quot;New order placed</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Order #AL112 has been placed</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">1x Your Listing</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Open order, or close popup&quot;</li></ul><h2 id="fulfill-orders">Fulfill orders</h2><p id="isPasted">After a transaction is completed on amplife.co between you and a customer for a Standard Listing, the order displays in the <strong>Orders&#xA0;</strong>page in the Vendor Portal, and e-commerce admin panel, such as Shopify, if you&#x2019;ve synced your listings.</p><p id="isPasted">You manage all of your Standard Listing orders from the <strong>Orders&#xA0;</strong>page in your Vendor Portal, where we provide you with the order information.</p><p>If your listing is a Showcase Listing, then you will fulfill your orders on the chosen sales channel of that listing. You do not receive any order information from Amplife&#xAE; as the transaction is not completed on amplife.co.</p><p>All order information is confidential and can only be used to complete orders or to respond to customer service questions. The Finance page is split by line item. Tax is properly split depending on the line items&apos; taxation details.</p><p><strong>How will I know when someone was referred from my Showcase Listing?</strong></p><p>Amplife&#xAE; does not receive any information when a customer completes a transaction from your sales channel with your listing leading to it. If your sales channel tracks the conversion details, such as &#x201C;Converted after a visit from amplife.co&#x201D;, then you will be able to know when they were referred from your listing.</p><h2 id="dispute-process">Dispute process</h2><p><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-refunds-573907">Refunds, returns and exchanges</a> happen on specific line items or the entire order.</p><p>In any case, Amplife&#xAE; will correctly split the remaining line items and you will only be able to fulfill what remains unfulfilled.</p><h3 id="when-a-customer-disputes-an-order">When a customer disputes an order</h3><p>When a customer disputes a transaction, or requests a refund or exchange, officially the dispute is between the customer and Amplife&#xAE;; however, we will forward the dispute to you when necessary, such as when the customer requests an exchange.&#xA0;</p><h3 id="when-you-dispute-an-order">When you dispute an order</h3><p>When you cancel the order or partially cancel specific line items, you will only be able to fulfill what remains uncanceled, unless the order is completely canceled.</p><p>After you cancel or partially cancel an order, Amplife&#xAE; sends an email to the customer about the cancelation, the details about what line items are restocked and refunded which is stored in the <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-orders-526432#order-details">Order details</a>, and the payment is fully refunded to the customer after you receive and inspect that the returned listing is in the condition required for your return policy, if an exchange is not provided.</p><p>Canceling an order is halting the <a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-orders-526432#standard-order-process">order fulfillment process</a>. For example, if a customer requests a cancellation or you suspect the order is fraudulent, then you can cancel the order to help prevent your staff or fulfillment services from continuing work on the order. You can also cancel/partially cancel an order if an item was ordered and isn&apos;t available.</p><p><a href="https://help.amplife.co/en-US/manage-refunds-573907">Learn more about managing refunds, returns, and exchanges</a>.</p><h2 id="export-orders-to-csv">Export orders to CSV</h2><p>You can export order results to CSV from the <strong id="isPasted">Orders&#xA0;</strong>page in the Vendor Portal.&#xA0;</p><ol><li id="isPasted" style="font-size: 16px;">From your Vendor Portal, go to <strong>Orders</strong>.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Click <strong>Export results to CSV</strong></li></ol><p>The order results CSV file is downloaded to your computer.</p>

How to fulfill orders purchased on amplife.co.

This process is referred to as order fulfillment. You cannot share the information with third parties or market to customers.</p><h2 id="fulfill-entire-orders">Fulfill entire orders</h2><ol><li style="font-size: 16px;">From your Vendor Portal, go to <strong>Orders</strong>.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Click the order number of an unfulfilled order.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Click <strong>Fulfill item(s)</strong></li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Enter the <strong>tracking number</strong> from your shipping provider in the <strong id="isPasted">Tracking information</strong> section. Select your shipping carrier from the <strong>Shipping carrier</strong> drop-down menu. The tracking URL is displayed in the customer&apos;s shipping confirmation and shipping update emails.&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Click <strong>Fulfill item(s)</strong> to mark the order as <strong>Fulfilled</strong>.</li></ol><p>The order screen updates to display the order&apos;s fulfillment status.</p><p>Once fulfilled, you can download the invoice from Amplife&#xAE; to the customer and the packing slip.</p><h2 id="fulfill-part-of-an-order-manually">Fulfill part of an order manually</h2><p>If a customer placed and paid for an order with multiple listings, and one or more of the listings are out of stock or a preorder, then you might want to fulfill part of the order so that you can ship the listings separately.</p><ol><li style="font-size: 16px;">From your Vendor Portal, go to <strong>Orders</strong>.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Click the order number of an unfulfilled order.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Click <strong>Fulfill item(s)</strong>,&#xA0;</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Change the number of listings that you want to fulfill for each line item in the Items section.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Enter the <strong>tracking number</strong> from your shipping provider in the <strong id="isPasted">Tracking information</strong> section.
